Our Storage Guidelines are designed to help you deliver every product exactly as intended: safe, consistent and obsessively good.
All products must remain hard frozen at –18°C or below until ready to use, protecting both food safety and quality. When you’re ready, items should be thawed individually under controlled refrigeration — never at room temperature and never refrozen once thawed. Clear date coding and correct display temperatures ensure shelf life is managed with confidence and compliance.
