All products must remain hard frozen at –18°C or below until ready to use, protecting both food safety and quality. When you’re ready, items should be thawed individually under controlled refrigeration — never at room temperature and never refrozen once thawed. Clear date coding and correct display temperatures ensure shelf life is managed with confidence and compliance.
Our heating guidelines provide simple, appliance‑specific instructions across sandwich presses, speed ovens, pie warmers and microwaves, so products are heated evenly, reach the correct core temperature, and hold safely without compromise. From croque toasties and wraps to croissants and hot dogs, each product has been tested to deliver the best possible eating experience.
